Good morning,
I wanted to share the experience I had last Friday with Gary Gillespie.
Gary had completed a work order Friday afternoon. I left the house shortly after he did. When I returned a few hours later, now Friday evening, I discovered that I did not have water. After contacting the after-hours operator, I heard from Gary about ten minutes later. He tried to problem solve with me over the phone. When that was not successful, he returned to my house and rechecked his work – but did not find any problem. He continued to assess the problem, and discovered that the switch to the well had been inadvertently turned off.
Gary was polite, friendly and professional throughout the entire encounter. He made it clear that my problem was important and that he would do whatever he could to resolve it. It was a pleasure working with him.
